Rev Albert Aina is a Pastor, Teacher, Trainer and Church Management Consultant with a divine mandate to raise effective leaders for the kingdom, empower business people and motivate the younger generation for a life of purpose and achievement

A member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and Nigerian Institute of Management. He rose to become Group Personnel/Training Manager over a group of companies. He became Managing Director/ CEO before he was 30.  His organization, Alaryn Management Center Limited and Christian Leadership Skills, Inc run Leadership Conferences, Personal Finance Seminars, Business Coaching Camps and Church Growth Conferences for thousands of Profit and Non-Profit organizations. Rev. Aina and his wife, Lara are the Senior Pastors and Pastoral Trainers of small, medium, mega churches spanning over two decades in the Foursquare Gospel Church in Nigeria. He is currently a District Overseer in the same organization. His wife is focused on singles, academic excellence and relationship. Rev. Aina currently serves as Member, Board of Trustees of L.I.F.E. Theological Seminary, Ikorodu. He was in office for 12 years as President of the Alumni Association of the Seminary and member of the Governing Council. He is the President of AGAPE CONFERENCE INTERNATIONAL that hosted teens, youths, and couples from over 200 denominations since 1984. Furthermore, he has authored over 50 inspirational and life transforming  books with trailing testimonies of impartation.
